Hello,
I have created a userform for searching & adding records to a worksheet, but as I am completely new to VBA I am stuck.
I wish to create a button that will allow me to update a record that is retrieved by the search button...

all help would be appreciated.

I have uploaded the file to the following

Ok, so your Demo looks good. Post some code and let us know where you are stuck. New to, and knowing what you want but don't know how to do it are two different things. Post some code and let us know what problems you are having. We (as volunteers) cannot possibly provide a turn key solution, but can offer help when stuck.

My suggestion is to RECORD a Macro of what you want each button to do, and reverse engineer the code already written by the macro! Let us know if you need help with variables, or something like that!

Thank you! much appreciated. I will have a go at building a macro. As to code, all I have is in the linked example. I have no code for the update button, so cannot post any code for it.
