Urgent,,,custom database from one entry sheet to multiple sheets

Hello,
Thank's in advance...for helping in my problem
I enter data in a sheet and based on that i print few page report that contains that variable data
I want to some extra work so that every time i fill a sheet and make report the data automatically transferred to multiple sheets in new rows (& each new row should be added on top of existing row) so that i can create a data base., I used form feature but i was not able to print report ,
