Is it disappointing? Then you need to apply some logic. Until you do not make some fee or payment towards a product or a service, you cannot be called a customer, but a mere user, and you cannot ask for the customer support. But do not think that the free account holders are not cared about when using the Yahoo account. On the contrary, Yahoo has designed the online support page which serves the purpose for all the users. You can see that the issues one can face with Yahoo are all listed here. Almost all the issues can be seen listed under topics that are created to be easily searched for. You can find the solutions described clearly, and there are also links available. Click them, follow the prompt and the task is over. When you have problems like, forgot password, slamming, restoring the mails, then you can find this page more than enough.
