Listenting music with earphones ! Problem ! l need help

Hello, l just Bought new earphones for my phone . But my problem is that on my phone with this earphones music is crap and bad . And the voices are bad and quiet to , even with the Max Volume on phone . L dont have this problems on my laptop they work great there with no problems or issues or eny PC they work great very loud and enjoyable

L try with half plug in and it dosnt working
And when l press Mic button it makes more good voices and music but l can;t hold it all the time . L have them for travel not from home

My phone ZTE Blade L2
And my new Eearphones are GGMM nightingale

try the headphones that comes with your phone I mean the one you get in your phone box, it will fix your problem

They work fine but l dont like them . Becouse they dont have bass and even dont have good sound quality and they are too queit for me.
