Split screen problem

Hello,
The display is absolutely fine on secondary screen but i am getting 4 split displays in my laptop,my driver is up to date am afraid its related to registry, also i am unable to upgrade to windows 8.1 as store is not opening

If the external monitor works good but laptop screen doesn't , it means that your screen got damaged and you need a technician to repair it.
