Hello,
My granddaughter's laptop comes up with recovery error every time she starts up. I have ran the recovery over 50 times. But still not working. I tried removing battery and holding the power button down several times. Please help.

You laptop probably has a hardware and/or software problem. You might be able to boot using the correct Windows Repair Disk and then run the repair option. If the problem is software related. The Repair disk can be downloaded fro Microsoft.
