Formula for Fetch Data from another sheet

Hello,

First I would like to asked that how could I insert a excel file or create a link, to understand my query.
because the query that I want to asked cannot only be solved by VLOOKUP OR HLOOKUP but it may also be required INDEX or MATCH or LOOKUP Functions.

Now my Query is that if I want to enter date in Sheet1 Date and Day Column C11 and onwards
then How could the data is fetch to Sheet2 in DoE Column
Note that Unique Identity must be consider Course No which is given to both sheets
