RCA tablet scrambling Wifi

Hello,

My RCA tablet had trouble connecting to wifi when I do get it connected it seems to scramble the wifi so nothing else can connect. It is the only thing that causes that problem so I know it's not the router and can only get it to connect for short periods of time before loosing signal.
