HP lap top does not boot

Hello guys,

my hp laptop does not boot. I press the power button, the orange light from the F12 key comes on and after 2 sec goes off. No sign of fan running, no other lights, Tried doing hard reset and reseated ram but still doesnt help. Can any one help please?

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
