HP touch screen laptop with flickering problems

Hello,
i was wondering what's the cause and how to fix my laptop that flickers. The way it flickers it always makes my screen turn blue then back to the original color. In order for me to see the original color I have to always move my screen back and forth but its getting worst so I mostly see blue.

Whats the problem and how could I fix it?

The need to move the screen indicates the need to replace the video signal cable. This is something that should be left to a trained PC Tech. I suggest you find a local repair shop that is qualified to do this type work.
