Screen goes black after Windows 10 loads

Hello,

As soon as I start my dell all in one desktop the Windows 10 logo appears start to load then screen goes black

Is it a new PC? Was this always a windows 10 pc?

No the computer is about 5 years old I had downloaded Windows 10 but it was working fine after I downloaded it

If it is an upgrade to 10, it sounds like it is doing updates. Boot it up, and let it sit, make certain you have an internet connection. Does the circle spin?

The circle does spin and I have left the computer on for hours and it just stays black

As long as it keeps spinning, and the nic (network interface card) light is flashing, it is working!
