Changing passwords for gmail

the process of changing passwords for gmail is absolutely ridiculous.
It appears that google have a problem with Apple and the customers suffer the consequences
Call centre staff don't know what they are doing ...one sent me off to microsoft!
Hopeless help online and on the phone will not be recommending your service.
A day in my life I wont get back

We are CCM, we have no connection with Gmail nor Apple.

However, we do understand your frustration.

P.S. Which call centre are you referring to anyway?
