HP Pavillion wont start

Hello,

My HP Pavillion laptop starts for a second and the light comes on but then I can hear the fan blink off and I've checked the charger and everything. I even tried removing the battery but nothing has worked.

It appears the BIOS is detecting a hardware error. About the only thing you can try is to remove the memory cards, on at a time until you get it to work.
