Lost my phone phone and Recovery phone number no recovery email address. Listed for that phone number or email address can't access Facebook.

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

I want to thank you for the help how do I find out about the secret question. I'm sure if I had one on there I could answer it I really would like to get my account back.
