Pc turns on but no signal

When i started my computer this morning my pc was fine, but i tryed to change a fan. (I just wanted to try) but that did nor work. So i changed back but it stil didnt work.
My pc turns on but no signal on my monitor then my pc turns off and on again but still no signal. I have tryed this before but it did work when i changed back to old fan.
Plz help an try to say what i need to do! Sorry for bad grammar.

I had the same problem. I came to this forum and saw where someone had suggested to pull out the power plug from the pc the hold the power button down for 30 seconds. How the heck could this work?? Well, I just did it and bingo, pc talking to monitor just fine.
