Add PIN number to downloading apps on LG smart tv

I would like to restrict being able to download apps on my lg smart tv. I have added PIN numbers to apps on our tv, but how I restrict downloading them from the tv?

Perhaps you should visit the store from which you bought the TV. A salesman should be more than happy to assist you.
