New pc won't connect to monitor after loading

Hello,
Just got a brand new pre built pc it starts up fine and runs fine but it will connect to monitor for a few minutes then after the windows loading sign it just says no signal?

Sounds like you need to take it back! Or, get a modern plug and play monitor to synch the signal!
