Convert a sentence in a cell with the American date

Hello,

I am trying to convert a sentence in a cell with the American date last to the sentence with Canadian date last. ex.
CASH OVER/SHORT 04/01 TO
CASH OVER/SHORT 01/04

And the column will be for the entire month (the top may include a couple days from last month)

Please advise

Hi grbrck,

Give this formula a try:
=LEFT(A1,LEN(A1)-5) & RIGHT(A1,2) & "/" & MID(A1,LEN(A1)-4,2)
