Dear Sir/Madam,
Please give me some advice of my question. Now, I will be lose my data on my hard drive, WD Elements, Thailand brand, 1TB. In my desktop, Window 10 64bit, this is not show hard drive. Please let me know about solutions for my problem.

Does any of the usb ports work? It may be a USB issue and not the drive. verify usb is good.

Today, I try the next time to confirm of USB port. All ports are good.
