Though this version is available for Windows XP and Windows 2000, it has been helping a lot of businesses.
Very basic and buggy viewer. I was not able to run some of my reports even after changing the connection to not require password. Lost 2 days with this one
This software created by the same company that provides The Report Viewer Pro. The Report Viewer Pro is a more modern and more flexible version of the software, but this version (Report Viewer) works better with legacy versions of Crystal Reports (8.5, 9, & 10).

If you have connection errors, you can email the software providers, and they will help you configure the software. It can be a bit confusing at first, but it can be setup to work with any Crystal Reports.
