  • Scanning: the main function of the SmartScore Pro Edition is to detect and recognize musical notes written down on a paper sheet. For that, it uses a complex system of symbol recognition such as choral, transcripts, and keys.
  • Compatibility: what is interesting about SmartScrore Pro Edition is that it is able to record a high number of partitions. Indeed, it supports not only scanning paper versions of scores but also PDF, MIDI, as well as NIFF.
  • Database: the program database is rich in musical chords. It contains a total of 700 musical chords from different instruments. Thanks to its integrated OCR (Optical Character Recognition), it is also possible to extract words from the paper.
  • Setting: one of the particularities of SmartScore Pro Edition is that it provides various settings to allow the user to manage the file. For instance, it has a printing and previewing option, and a record button among others.
