The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth is the first DLC expansion to the famous 2014 roguelike The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. Gameplay

Here are some of the main features of the Afterbirth DLC:

Characters: There are a total of 34 The Binding of Isaac characters, two of which come with the Afterbirth DLC: Lilith and Keeper. Those playable characters have specific styles and abilities. For example, Keeper uses coins as health, whereas Lilith starts with two Black hearts.
Experience: The Afterbirth DLC offers an expanded gaming experience. This includes over 100 hours of more gameplay, as well as over 1000 new room designs and rooms. To this, players can add 8 new bosses and 120 new items.
Challenge Yourself: In addition to the above, Afterbirth offers daily runs, 10 new challenges, but also online leaderboards so players can compete for the best score or time.
Greed mode: With this new feature, where players can spawn waves of enemies through a button in the main room - when doing this, the game places coins around the buttons.
