Photo locker application

Hello, everybody
Please help me
I was have acer laptop there have some file locker options
But after that laptop is damage
Last 4 years is go
But now I remove the old laptop hard disk
I want to find some pictures
But the pictures is lock
There no option to put password
Now how to open that my album or some other file
I remember my password already

I don't think it is going to matter, as the PROGID, or the CLSID of the application attempting to gain access to the files has changed. There is nothing you can do.

I still don't understand why people use a free service?
