Forgot Yahoo mail password

Forgot the password to my yahoo account and I'm trying to add the acct to my phone, This is an important acct for me. My phone won't let me see the password in any section and I've tried every password I have saved. Thank you in advance for your help

When you created the account, have you registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code and prove that you are the account's legitimate owner?
