Laptop does not boot

Hello,

My Dell laptop is not working... When I turn it on it doesn't work so I tried charging it too but it still doesn't work.. When I put in the charger the charging light will be on for some seconds then will turn off again.... Please help me fix it

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
