Dell touchscreen laptop colors are all really dark

Hello,
Last night I dropped my laptop and opened it but it was fine. But when I went to use it today it's like it went really dark and the touchscreen won't work. I can still use it it works fine. But the colors are all really dark..what do I do? A Dell touchscreen laptop.

Try to check the brightness setting, if the problem still persist then might as well consult a specialist.

I agree with themorgan, I would add that the drop has fried your back lights.
