Dell touchscreen laptop colors are all really dark

Hello,
Last night I dropped my laptop and opened it but it was fine. But when I went to use it today it's like it went really dark and the touchscreen won't work. I can still use it it works fine. But the colors are all really dark..what do I do? A Dell touchscreen laptop.
