CanoScan G2400 Unable to select TWAIN source

Hello,
I am the owner of a Canon CanoScan G2400 and I am trying to scan documents onto a Windows 7 computer. I downloaded the TWAIN driver, which the scanner said I was missing, required to install the CanoScan toolbox. When I try to scan documents, though, it shows the error "Unable to select TWAIN source".What can do?

Hello

I don't think that you have not installed to proper driver.

I suggest you replace the current driver with the proper driver for Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit).

hello,
thank u for answer me,
no i install the twain application on my pc,
and when i have the cd of the installation of the scanner i install all the tools that supported by the scanner canon G2400 even the twain protocole,
but when i try to scann the msg error said: no source of twain is there

You don't need twain just the canon driver. Remove twain.
