Hello,

my laptop is not turning on . when l power it up the blue light turns on and later turns off what cold be the problem with the laptop and how can l resolve the problem

It could be due to "flea" power.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
