I cant receive my yahoo key

Can you help me , as I can login to my yahoo mail because I can't recieve my an account key . My old phone number which i used to verify my account key is not active anymore . I have tried many time to solve the problem using the help center but it did not work at all. How do I let yahoo send the the account key to my new number. i forgot my securities answer, so i need yahoo help to recover my address.
