Black screen

Same problem. But I did as instructed by the response and still get the black screen. I see the led on the keypad and even hear the hard drive hum but the black screen is still there. Some of the responses I saw said that they saw the dell logo but Im not even seeing that. Just acknowledge screen.

You did as instructed ? Who instructed you? What were the instructions ?
