Lost all photos and Yahoo mail after restoring iPhone 4

After I did a restore on my iPhone 4s, I lost all my photos and yahoo mail and I have a new phone number and can not remember the last number that yahoo has. How can I get them to send me a message on my new number can you help

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
