After refresh, PC does not work

Hello, I am running Windows 8. I had to refresh my PC because it was having issues. When I refreshed it the screen turned black and I thought it was just doing its thing. After a few hours of a black screen I decided to turn it off. Now, when I press the power button, it will turn on, but there is no display on the monitor. I cannot find a way to fix it.

What do you mean by "refresh" ?

Oh my bad, it is basically a reset that keeps personal files. If you need more info I believe you can just google "Windows 8 refresh" and it comes up. Here's where it gets weird, after many attempts, last night it eventually worked and it said "no changes were made" regarding the refresh. I swear I almost deleted this account because I was so happy. When I went to sleep I decided to turn it off... Now it is doing it again. And I am trying my best but cannot figure out what the problem is.

You may have to reinstall your graphic (video) card driver.
