Black Screen

Hello, my computer is an HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC and it's not working. When I try to start it up it just show a black screen and never stars up, what can I do? Please help. Btw I've had this PC for 4 years... I don't know if that's the problem.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
