Sony led TV problems

i have purchased Sony led tv exactly three years back 43" inches, recently last five months back mother board burnt & now panel also failed, & i have paid totally 60,300 TV Cost & Mother board cost 10,000 & now Panel cost is around 22,000 to tally 95,000 for three years what is the reason pl. advise & one more data that I am using Stabiliser for separate & house with ups
Pl suggest.
