                    close that pop up by clicking on x upper right to close and you should stay away from that web and close it too, cause it might force that pop up to open all the time like a spam. or maybe a spyware has infected your computer or your device meaning it will keep pop in up if not removed use an antivirus to scan for spyware or malware that harm your device by harming your data. that can be annoying sometimes like a lot. so remove any and close those webs that opens pop up.

i see. that's a malware it has been downloaded to your computer or device.
these malware are usually downloaded and installed on it's own and these malwares are self-extract and self start up, if you go to task manager and select applications or processes page you should see all .exe (application files) that's active at that time the .exe file that pop up that window should be there if you find its name you search for it with search and delete it.then restart.it should be gone.
