Hello,
Last night l received a panel for a New Facebook. Please investigate this. I'm not sure what is going on. I can give you all my details but cannot in a public forum. I need help. I'm in public speaking group and l need to upload short speeches and l cannot do this. What is happening.!!.

Hello Jennifer,

Please explain what you mean: "l received a panel for a New Facebook". What do you mean by panel? What does it say?

Hello it says. Add a profile picture so friends can find me. I have a new profile called Jennifer Joy.
I've had a Facebook for ages under Jenny McCulloch. A month ago l had a job interview in Rhyard l dropped my surname and used my middle name Joy. My Facebook became Jenny Joy. This is causing problems.

Do you have two Facebook accounts, on for Jenny McCulloch and another Jenny Joy?
