Hello, i need to change my phone number, that one is no good, i now have a new phone number. Please help. Do i need to call my cell verizon and tell them, i can't get into my emails. What do i do, i am getting frustrated.

When you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
