Hello,
I am not able to access my gmail account because my laptop does not recognize my password. It makes me use my gmail recovery account as my regular gmail account. I have my regular gmail account on my phone and it works fine. The recovery account does not recognize my regular account as belonging to me. I have the 2-step verification in place. Can you please help.
Thanks

Hi Jacqueline,
Have you logged out your account on your phone before you try on your laptop?

No I am afraid too because of not knowing my password for sure. I don't want to loose the whole thing. Any other suggestions?
