Hello,
Hi ! I really do have a problem , I can't log in my account , I mean when I opened Facebook I was logged out , I press my account profile , and I done my password , but they told me for logging in , you should confirm my identity , I pressed "get started"but they told me *we will get in touch with shortly after we reviewed you can't logging in this moment I can't understand !? What does this suppose to mean ?!

Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do.
