I have an Acer Aspire one cloudbook 14 and my screen is black

thank you,will you please help me? I am not tech savvy, but my laptop screen has gone black, and I can't get the screen to go back to normal, at first screen keeps showing up black blocks on my page.

Hi

You should take the laptop to the repair shop. Seems that your back lights need to be replaced.
