Question

Hello, 
I am unable to sign on to my yahoo mail account. I have a new phone and phone number , therefore I do not have access to my old phone. 
I also do not have an alternative email or phone on file.  I can’t get into my account at all. 
When I sign in , I’m asked to provide missing digits to my old phone, when I state “ I don’t have access to this phone” I get s message to provide an alternate email, which I don’t have.
Please help!

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner.  Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
