I'm having issues with my keyboard, I have an Acer aspire V 14 touch and certain keys display incorrect symbols.
Example: @ symbol above number 2 is displayed as " and " is displayed as @ etc the # symbol above number 3 is displayed as £ and £ isn't even a standard symbol on the computer keyboard.
I'm running out of options to configure the keyboard correctly and as i'm coding I find it difficult to run text editors easily.

It appears that you have the UK version of the English keyboard installed.
You can go the Control Panel - Keyboard icon and change the Windows Keyboard option.
