Hello,
Its been quite few months I've had this problem of keyboard letters not typing when pressed. Sometimes after 10 mins of waiting when i press the letters, then it gets typed. That only happens rarely. Its like the keyboard went inactive for some letters like: t u 3 1 5 j etc. Pls give solutions if u have any idea about this.

Hello,
It has several possible causes :
1) a keylogger that records the keystrokes you type (and is poorly programmed). This creates a slowness between the time you press the key and the time when Windows reacted.
2) viruses or malware installed on your computer
To do this, a scan with Malwarebytes and RogueKiller.
2) a Windows freeze due to bad sectors on your hard disk.
To test your hard drive, follow this : UBCD - Test your hardware
3) may be a RAM problem
Strips to test your RAM, follow step 2 of the tutorial above (UBCD - Test your hardware).
