Cpu is running but moniter display & mouse & keybord is not work

Hello,
my Cpu is running but moniter display & mouse & keybord is not working & light is not indicate& i didn't use any card in my cpu

What operating system?

Does anything show up on the monitor? If you press the On Screen Display button on the monitor, does it display a menu?
