Pc does not wanna start.

Hello,
i have a dell dimension 4700 with win xp pro but i have a huge prob. when i press the power button the power light stays orange and the fan starts working really really fast like never before!! the thing is that nothing shoes in the screen. and days before that happened it would turn on but it will say floppy disk failure and my hard drive started to do some strange sound like clicks.
if any1 can please help me!!! im thinkin it could be the fan or maybe the processor but i need professional advice!!!!

This is a serious problem! i will advise you to see a technician to make it repaired

I just think there's a problem with the motherboard inside!

Same thing with an xbox the chip in it overheated and possibly melted do not keep using call tech. support

help plz hi my sista got a old pc its a pentuim 2 optiplex it got xp pro on bt nw the pc dnt wna show boot screen or boot up bt al the lights go on nd the fans r workin nd it displays on the screen check video cable nd pc r sme1 plz help me
