My Fb has been hacked and I'm locked out of Fb now ! This is the second time. My email account has changed and I was wondering if there is any way I can get it back?

You account was not hacked. You can't access your account because you are using a different email.

If you have not registered a recovery email to get a reset code you will not be able to recover your account.
