Trying to log in to Facebook on my new phone Closed

Hello, 


I'm trying to log in to Facebook on my new phone.  It says that it is sending me a new password code and it doesn't come thru.  How do I find help?
System Configuration: Android / Chrome 58.0.3029.83

You say that account is set up with your phone number, is it the same number as your new phone or old phone?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Did you logout of your Facebook account on your old phone before trying to access on your new phone?

Do you still have your old phone and is it connected?

I would think that the problem comes from the fact that you have not logged out.  Despite of the same phone number, the sms may be sent to the flatten phone as Facebook recalls internet protocol on devices.  

I repeat my question: When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? 

If you search for Facebook can you see your page online?
