Hello, I know my email ***@*** but I didn't have the phone number and alternative email to recover my email address please help me to return back my email .

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

I try to recover my email address but I didn't get please the phone number which the HOTMAIL is supposed to send the activation code I don't receive it and this the phone number +256********

Was the number registered when you created the account?

Hotmail is no longer supported you must go through Account live:

Yes line was registered in my names of Damba James
