Creative Mozaic EZ MP3 player

I bought the Mozaic EZ MP3 player from Amazon sometime ago that time I had windows 8 in my computer. I installed the software that came with the MP3 player into my computer and everything was working fine. Now I have windows 10 and Now I cannot see that software in my computer and after that when I tried to install the software from the CD the computer did not recognize the software in the CD. What can I do to upload songs in my MP3 player?

Hi

You should go to the manufacturer's website, download the latest Windows 10 64 bit for your player and install it. That should fix it.
