Opening error

Hello, iinstalled xp in local disk f i cant able to open remaining local disks one more last week my friend kept the pen drive to my system from that time a newfolder is placed for every local disks exept F and when ever i open any folder i will get a file named with "what name give to the folder" i tried to remove but it getting again when i restarted i checked for any virus but no virus was found """PLEASE HELP ME SO THAT IAM VERY THANKFULL TO YOU"""
